While the American West was being settled, the Hawaiian Kingdom was already flourishing as a global hub of diplomacy and industry. By tying this residency to the vision of King Kamehameha III, we are honoring a monarch who didn't just invite the Vaqueros to our shores—he integrated their skill into the sovereign identity of Hawaiʻi.

The Paniolo Toast: Guests are welcomed with a signature, bold toast to the evening ahead.

6:00 PM | The Pre-Show Spectacle: As cocktails and pupus flow, the arena comes alive with sunset trick riding, setting the stage for the adrenaline to come.

A cinematic display of skill, mana, and heritage.

Synchronized Rodeo Spectacle 6:15 - 7:15

6:15 PM – 7:15 PM | The Show: The boundary between spectator and participant disappears as our riders take the arena. This high-touch rodeo show features the thundering speed of Flag Racing, the precision of Barrel Racing, and the technical mastery of Authentic Roping.

Interactive Competition: When a team’s rider enters the arena, the entire atmosphere—including the music and synchronized LED lighting—shifts to match the guests’ bandana colors. Your cheers fuel the performance.

The Living Legacy: We invoke the true Paniolo culture, demonstrating the interconnectedness of the team, the animals, and the audience through purposeful choreography and theatrical grace.

The Gathering — The Paniolo BBQ Dinner

ACT THREE

Rooted. Steady. Alive.

The Shared Table 7:15 PM | The Winning Advantage: The adrenaline of the show softens into a high-end feast. In true competitive fashion, the winning team guests are seated first to enjoy the bounty.

The BBQ Feast: A premium F&B experience featuring the best BBQ on the island. Savor kiawe-smoked Brisket, tender Pulled Pork, and roasted Island Chicken, served with a fresh corn and black bean salad with mango-cilantro.

Refinement through Unity: Savor these true flavors of the island under a canopy of stars, accompanied by live music that carries the spirit of the ranch.

The Grand Finale: A Celebration of Ohana & Heritage

As dinner concludes, the energy shifts into a high-spirited ranch festival where the traditions of the Paniolo come to life for everyone:

8:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Kick Up Your Heels: Guests are encouraged to join in Line Dancing under the stars to the sounds of our live band.

Paniolo Crafts & Interaction: Head over to the leather branding station to create a custom keepsake, try your hand at Paniolo art drawing, or engage with live artists documenting the night's spirit.

Relax under the Paniolo Pavilion to soak in the spirit of Aloha. Enjoy the soul of the stables with live music and the storytelling grace of the Big Island’s festive atmosphere.
